The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all products and services provided by Purple Tasche Ltd.

*This includes Business Start-up Packages.

General

All work is carried out by Purple Tasche Ltd on the understanding that the client has agreed to Purple Tasche’s terms and conditions.

All documents and work produced by the Purple Tasche Ltd remain the property of Purple Tasche Ltd. Who retains all rights to the final product and its designs including all drawings and other preparatory work design upon final. “The Client” will own the second right to the final ‘fully paid’ product.

If a choice of design is presented, only one solution is deemed to be given by Purple Tasche Ltd as fulfilling the contract. All other designs remain the property of Purple Tasche Ltd, unless agreed in writing that this arrangement has been changed.

Purple Tasche Ltd will not hand out any Master Files, these remain the property of Purple Tasche Ltd and will not be released to the client.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible any colours used in your project. Colours do vary slightly depending on your computer screen, files used (RGB & CMYK) and what printers are used. Colours do vary slightly depending on where the final files get printed.

Any extra costs that may arise due to the purchasing of stock photos, typefaces or anything else, will be added to the final quote. If it hasn’t already been added by Purple Tasche Ltd.

Goods and materials are subject to available at the time the order is placed. Some materials may take time to come in stock and be delivered. We will always keep in contact with the client if this is the case.

If we have any problems with your order we will contact you straight away.

Project acceptance

At the time of proposal, Purple Tasche Ltd will provide the client with a written estimate or quotation. The terms and conditions can be read on the Purple Tasche Ltd website.

The client may send an official order in reply to the estimate or quotation, or an email acknowledging acceptance of the quotation, which binds the client to accept Purple Tasche Ltd terms and conditions.

No work on a project will commence until acceptance of the quotation has been received by Purple Tasche Ltd and the deposit payment has been paid.

Payment

Clients will be advised to pay a 50% deposit before work will commence. No work will be started until payment is received by Purple Tasche Ltd. 

Deposit is non-refundable. Unless another arrangement has been made by Purple Tasche Ltd.

Clients will be sent the remaining invoice on completion of work and given 30 days to make payment. Unless another arrangement has been made by Purple Tasche Ltd.

No final files or materials will be handed over until the remaining balance has been received by Purple Tasche Ltd. Unless another arrangement has been made by Purple Tasche Ltd.

Payments may be made by online transfer (BACS), cash or cheque.

If payment is made by cheque Purple Tasche Ltd will wait for clearance before handing over any final work.

If no payment is made within 30 days a 10% charge will be added onto the final quote.

Unless another arrangement has been made by Purple Tasche Ltd.

Alterations

The client agrees that changes required over and above the estimated work or required to be carried out after acceptance of the draft design will be liable to a separate charge. The client also agrees that Purple Tasche Ltd holds no responsibility for any amendments made by any third party before or after a design is published.

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders may be made by telephone or by e-mail.

The client will then be invoiced for all work completed over and above the non-refundable deposit that will have been made at the time of first ordering. The balance of monies due must be paid within 30 days. Unless another arrangement has been made by Purple Tasche Ltd.

Monthly Design Packages

* This doesn’t include start up packages. This is covered by the terms and conditions above.

 

Payment

Each month you will tell Purple Tasche Ltd which artwork you require. You will then be invoiced for the work depending on the package you choose. 

Clients will be advised to pay the full invoice and no work will be started until Purple Tasche Ltd receives full payment. Unless another arrangement has been made by Purple Tasche Ltd.

Payments may be made by online transfer (BACS), cash or cheque. If payment is made by cheque Purple Tasche Ltd will wait for clearance before handing over any final work.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation of subscriptions packages can be made by telephone or e-mail. contact@purpletasche.com. You must give 30 days notice and if any outstanding costs are due they will be chargeable to the client before cancellation is accepted.

The balance of monies due must be paid within 30 days. Payments can be made via BACS Transfer, Cash or Cheque.

If no payment is made within 30 days a 10% charge will be added onto the final invoice.

Unless another arrangement has been made by Purple Tasche Ltd.

Printing Costs:

Printing costs will be added on top of any package prices and may vary depending on quantities you require.

You will be invoiced for the amount and no work will be started until payment is received by Purple Tasche Ltd. 

Unless another arrangement has been made by Purple Tasche Ltd.

Before any files get sent to print we will send over final design files for you to double check and approve before we send to print.

If any mistakes are found after you have approved, Purple Tasche Ltd will not be liable to cover extra print costs.

Copyrights and Trademarks

Any artwork, images, or text supplied and/or designed by Purple Tasche Ltd on behalf of the client, will remain the property of Purple Tasche Ltd and in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

The client may request by email from Purple Tasche Ltd the necessary permission to use materials (for which Purple Tasche Ltd holds the copyright) in forms other than for which it was originally supplied, and Purple Tasche Ltd may, at its discretion, grant this. Such permission must be obtained in writing before it will allow any of the aforesaid artwork, images, text, or other data to be used.

By supplying images, text, or any other data to Purple Tasche Ltd, the client grants Purple Tasche Ltd permission to use this material freely in the pursuit of the design.

Purple Tasche Ltd has full right to put any work created by them on their website, social media and any promotional materials at anytime during or after completion.

Rights of refusal

Purple Tasche Ltd will not include in its designs, any text, images or other data, which it deems to be immoral, offensive, obscene or illegal. All advertising material must conform to all standards laid down by all relevant advertising standards authorities.

Purple Tasche Ltd also reserves the right to refuse to include submitted material without giving reason.

 

Project duration

Any indication given by Purple Tasche Ltd of a project’s duration is to be considered by the client to be an estimate. Purple Tasche Ltd cannot be held responsible for any project over-runs, whatever the cause. Estimated project duration should be deemed to be from the date that cleared funds are received by Purple Tasche Ltd.

Licensing

Any design, copywriting, drawing, idea created for the client by Purple Tasche Ltd is licensed for use by the client on a one-time only basis and may not be modified, re-used, or re-distributed in any way or form without the express written consent of Purple Tasche Ltd.

Purple Tasche Ltd is not responsible for any loss, or consequential loss, non-delivery of products or services, of whatever cause. The client agrees not to hold Purple Tasche Ltd responsible for any such loss or damage. Any claim against Purple Tasche Ltd shall be limited to the relevant fee(s) paid by the client.

Disclaimer

Purple Tasche Ltd and its clients agree to comply with printers’ terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Quotation

The placement of an order for any design service offered by Purple Tasche Ltd, by email, verbally or in writing, is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are freely available at www.purpletasche.com

General

Purple Tasche Ltd reserves the right to change any rates and any of the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
